You may want to consult a local attorney to ensure that your rights are protected. Since you mentioned the agreement hasn't been signed in over 90 days, you should review the terms of the temporary placement agreement. Typically, if an agreement has expired, its terms no longer apply.
I have never been to court
Hello ****, in Missouri, if you've never been to court for a custody hearing, it's suggested:
*. Consult a family lawyer.
*. Seek a court order for custody.
