the current arrangement is that dad only has visitation every other Friday for * hours every other Saturday and Sunday for * hours and * hours every other Thursday.

Dad is a fantastic father. Everything he agreed to when daughter was born was in hopes to reconcile relationship with mom. That is not the case anymore.
