Nice to meet you, Denise Clark. Could you please describe the legal issue you're facing?
Six months ago I left a bad relationship with my daughters father who i wasnt married too. At the time I was forced to leave state and I thought it was in my childs best interest to live with her dads family untill i was ready. During my time away her father quit communicating with me and enrolled her into school, started collecting benefits and refuses to let me see her. In arkansas he has to prove paternity before he has rights, so what do I do to get my daughter back?
