Ok,my grandchildren were taken and placed with a family by cps then cps removed themselves from the case and judgetook over and with parents agreement children were left w family they had been placed with and they were given guardianship over children what are parents rightsin this case?

The guardians were told they had full charge of that but not court ordered .and yes father and guardians have worked out scheduled visits and he's very much a part of their lives .luckily children were put with family friends so after a few life changes he's become a big part of their live now for few years.the mother has not until resently

Not visitation it's at the guardians descretion .judge said use their own judgement.at the time father wasn't in position to care for them properly financially ,home ,stuff like that and mother was an addict and didn't practice her rights to see them .father had no addiction problems just was young and single
