I have a child that currently lives with her mother Who is very bad off. They constantly neglect her at one point had to even bucket in water from the neighbors because they had no running water the house is completely nasty she comes to my house with grip bruises on her arm the school has contacted CPS several times so have I. It is a thought that they are on drugs but I can't prove that. They don't give her baths for days on end at a time sometimes I could swear she hasn't bathed in the two weeks I last seen her. The teacher brushes her hair because it's so matted and nasty and her mom refuses to take care of it they leave their 9 year old home to watch the rest of the kids littlest being * by themselves the school is behind me all the way that kyana goes to that she is unfit.
