SUPPLEMENTAL DECLARATION IN SUPPORT OF MOTION TO REOPEN AND MODIFY CUSTODY AND CHILD SUPPORT I, Cammi Rainer, being duly sworn, hereby declare as follows: I am the Respondent and Movant in the above-captioned case. I submit this Supplemental Declaration in support of my previously filed Motion to Reopen and Modify Custody and Child Support. The original order granting the Petitioner custody of our child(ren) was issued without proper service upon me, despite multiple filings and testimony in this case acknowledging that service had not occurred in accordance with due process.

I have obtained copies of several filings and court records demonstrating that: Certificates of service were filed by Petitioner’s counsel with outdated addresses, despite the Petitioner’s knowledge that the children and I had moved and the children were enrolled in a new school district for over six months prior. The court explicitly stated on record that Petitioner had failed to serve me properly and postponed ruling on certain motions as a result. Contrary to court record, I never agreed to be served by text message. I clearly stated I could be served via email, yet service was allegedly sent by text on the same day as the hearing — a message I never received. Additionally, statements made under oath by Petitioner and his counsel that I could not be located were demonstrably false. I have contemporaneous:

B. Photos and videos showing I was actively involved with the children and present in the same town as the Petitioner; C. Witness statements and affidavits contradicting the Petitioner’s allegations regarding my whereabouts and conduct; D. School records showing our child(ren)’s consistent attendance and stability under my care.

The Petitioner’s own statements also contradict the claim that I could not be reached. He stated that his mother personally handed me a letter, and that he texted me about court matters. These admissions conflict with his claim of not knowing where I was or how to serve me. Furthermore, I now possess sworn affidavits from the children stating that they were pressured and manipulated by Petitioner and his family to testify in favor of the Petitioner during the initial custody proceedings, including being promised gifts or threatened with consequences. The cumulative evidence shows that: The original custody order was issued without fair notice or an opportunity for me to be heard; The Petitioner has consistently failed to fulfill his obligations under the custody and support order;

The Petitioner has abandoned meaningful involvement in the child(ren)’s lives, financially, emotionally, and physically; I have been the sole parent providing care, support, education, transportation, and supervision for several years. Based on this evidence and the substantial and continuing change in circumstances, I respectfully request that the Court grant my Motion to Reopen and Modify Custody and Child Support, and that these facts be considered in the Court’s decision.

no i just need a few questions answered

if the attorney puts only that he filed the doc certificate of service electronically lists my really old address that father knew was not my current address unless he was unaware where the kids lived and went to school for 6 months before taking custody

if he puts that he filed electronically and i am pro se so no access to odyssey list old addres but never says he mailed anything and never turns in a cert of service to the court that shows i was not servered correct?
