What specific issue are you facing with unemployment, ****? Are you having trouble applying for benefits, or is there a dispute with your former employer?
Heres a brief rundown. I just filed for unemployment yesterday. Here is a brief rundown of my situation. My employer claims i stole money. In the days and months leading up to my final day, there had been some rather large cash issues. There were * other managers other than myself that had access to the safe at all times. I never signed anything saying they fired me. On the final day, they audited the safe and told me to stay in the lobby and wouldnt even allow my to witness the audit. I dont even know how much they accused me of taking. They verbally told me that my services were no longer needed so i never returned. This is after 25 years of service to them. When filling out the unemployment claim, i stated i was termed for violation of policies but gave this exact explanation i just provided you. Do you think I will qualify for unemployment? Its not very cut and dry. Im just wondering if i coded it properly. I said i was fired for "violation of policy" which would make me ineligible for benefits. However as you can see there is much more to the story than just this.. I did not take their money and they have no proof i did.
