It was a policy and never was warned over the almost year working there. Even after i got making from days i called off the way yhey ask us to and told manager. Everything was fine but the day i came back i had to leave early for daughter graduation and he ok it. But never once been told or write or verbal the time with Company

They told uia that it was for attendance but i was told on text cause i left early not cause of attendance. All attendance was approved except the day of funeral cause it was *% a day planned for it

Issue type is misconduct of poor attendance but never missed a day except the days he said i can go home early or days i called in * hour period
