Unemployment Appeal Hearing Preparation

Summary

If you are facing an unemployment appeal hearing, ensure you have all relevant documents, dates, and evidence ready. In California, employers are not required to provide written notice of termination but must pay out final wages and accrued vacation time. If EDD has already ruled in your favor twice, the appeal hearing is an opportunity for both parties to present evidence. Consult a legal professional for a thorough evaluation of your case.
