I got wrote up for clicking * hours of overtime

I got paid for it but also got a write up, and my employers dont pay me properly im on call */* and cant claim ober * hrs a week although i work *-* hours a week

Im the General Manager of a hotel i am hourly and i have strict Dr restrictions cause im hurt only can do deskwork but am still doing everythimg im not suppost to do so it gets done or i get wrote up

Yes its workmans comp but if i dont work i dont get paid my employer said
