Age discrimination and possibly gender discrimination
Could you please provide more details about the incidents of discrimination you've experienced at work?
My boss was caught disparaging my work based on my age to an employee outside my department. This employee complained to either HR or my boss's boss, I'm unsure which. I have been bullied and excluded from work in ways that, based on my boss's comments, may be attributable to sexism but this is harder to prove

What specific actions have been taken by your company after the complaint was made?
I have been working with my boss less in ine if my projects, on another an additional supervisor was assigned to work with me, and my boss's boss has been keeping tabs on me to see if I'm doing OK. But none if the details of what happened have been discussed with me directly. I'm also concerned that I don't have performance goals or a recent performance review documented.

Only the other person who has been a witness to my boss's behavior. Some if ny teammates have been witnesses but many of them also participated in some bullying les by my boss, so I'm unsure right now if one ir more if them would testify to the behavior
