Hi ****, based on Florida law:
- Making a personal deal with a customer might not be illegal, but it may violate your employment agreement or company policy.
- Always follow your company's policies to avoid potential legal issues.
Check with your employer to clarify these matters.
My employer suspended me. They are doing an investigation. They see what I said was facts, on another note there was an co.plaint making it seem malicious
I'm sorry to hear about your situation, ****. In Florida, an employer has the right to investigate any potential misconduct. You have the right to present your side. If you believe you're being treated unfairly, consider consulting an employment attorney.
Thanks
