I have found multiple errors on my check stubs and suspect there are more. I recently found out my supervisor has been caught falsifying timecards in the past couple years. I am one of two employees who can actually access their paystubs. Many coworkers have requested access to their online accounts to see theirs but are being ignored. Last week we were told the facility will be closing Nov. 16th. I have already resolved some of the issue but I feel there are more I have not found.
What specific errors have you found on your check stubs?
I haven't been paid for holidays I've worked. I am not always getting paid my differential pay for the shift I work and at times I haven't been paid for all of my hours.
Have you reported these issues to your HR department or any higher authority in your company?

In Minnesota, employers are required to pay for all hours worked, including overtime and holiday pay if it's part of your employment contract.
Not except my supervisor who is making the errors
Have you documented these errors and your communication with your supervisor? In Minnesota, it's important to have evidence when filing a wage claim.
Yes
What steps have you taken to resolve this issue, and what has been the response so far?

In Minnesota, you can file a wage claim if you believe your employer owes you wages.
Ive shown my boss the errors I've found and sometimes it's corrected promptly other times I've had to threaten that I will file a wage claim with the DOL. I am currently waiting for my holiday pay for the 4th of July and Labor Day as well as differential pay and the difference I'm owed as my PTO wasn't paid out at the correct rate

Wage theft from me and my coworkers
