Accident at work two yrs ago contacted guy who was to pass on to manager * yr later contacted manager said he d sort it then * mths later contacted guy above him.. Nothing.. I reduced my hrs to look after my aunt she passed and then i asked them to address my issues before i returned they are now, saying if i dont return its unauthorised abscence i need to get a solicitor to sue them? I said if i could id of returned mths ago why didnt you address this two yrs ago... Any advise

Appologises i thought u was going to ask questions to ask at the place of work i did request they put on paper what fhey have requested as it seems unreasonable they offered to provide outside assistance to assess my injuries but say i must return full time before this is done
