It was in manufacturing. I have over 20 years experience. I have a lawyer who has been on my case for going on 3 years. The judge just granted summary judgment in their favor

It was mostly subjective criteria. My case is appeallabe because the judge did not look at thw evidence inthe light of the non moving party. He did the opposite
