Battling dhs for my children they have traumatized my children and myself for years lying, discriminating,manipulating ,violating all my rights as a women and a mother,ive made every step to to get my babygirl back and every time in court they lie i have a state appointed lawyer who knows all the hard work ive pu

Witnesses, documents of me going to rehab and completing recordings from another county saying they have never witnessed a case worker treating a client the way they have me not understanding why they were removing my daughter .also 3 years ago they removed my 14 year old son by forceto go with his father who he did not know and was scared of him due to abuse from my past life with his father my son clearly told the department and judge he did not want to go with his father and why and told them several times ..at 14 years old they forced my son into a cop car to go with his father in Arizona his father put a gun to his head and he ran away i do not even know if he is alive dhs never checked his fathers house or drug tested him or anything his father is a * time felon clearly dangerous but the county that forsed my son to go said that he was no longer their problem the min he was out of the county ..i had a safe secure home permanent for my son and instaed they forced him to go with his father who should have never even been an option...then they take my daughter i went to a rehab for wemon and children to get my daughter back they brought her to me at the end of my 3 month stay at the facility i had gone above and behond what was required for me to get her then they took her again changing their story on why they were taking her please god i need help to stop this department they are trying to take her permanently i love my babies i know ive made mistakes but ive taken accountability and the steps to correct it and I cant seem to find anyone to stop these monsters

Yes but because they have my daughter ive been scared to make it worse but at this point it cant seem to be any worse i need help please

What actions has your state-appointed lawyer taken so far?
Hes hasnt done very much and refuses to stand for me to let the judge know the truth and everything ive done to make things right

Yes ive tried but i cant seem to find anyone but im also extremely traumatized and i feel like im not knowledgeable to find someone who can

Yes the local ones say they cant help due to all the steps ive made and still am i now live in pueblo co and the case is on pagosa springs co im here for safety and sobriety as dhs said it would get her home with me but instead they just continue to lie
