Working at the same business for years. Months ago was told that I was carried over onto a union contract. Did not think terms of the contract were favorable for me and was being given more and more work to do. Did not sign union contract or fill out union card but union dues have been taken out of my pay for 5 months. Being told that I must sign union contract and fill out union card to continue working. Is this legal?
