i have serious health conditions and i am incarcerated where they neglect your needs

i passed out a month ago and they said nothing was wrong. my leg started swelling and i ago a whole in it. it took them 6 days to get it checked out because it had swoll so bad. after 5 days in the hospital, i have high cholesterol, diabetes,high blood pressur, massive fluid and cellulites. first day out of hospital, there is no nurse on duty to give me my meds
