The lanlord took funds to pay the back rent from the texas rent relief program when the contract specifically stated that the lanlord can not file eviction when accepting the funds however the landlord did file * eviction that was denied and in my favor and the sixth erroneous eviction for retalation for requesting repairs the judge awarded possession but no monatory award. We appelaed that decision because the eviction was filled with errors and sy=till vioated the Pandemic law setforth by the state of Texas 21 day notice of possible eviction the landlord again violated that local law and filed yet again another wrongful eviction.
