Summary

In Florida, the new owner must provide a written notice to vacate before starting the eviction process. They cannot deny access without following the legal eviction process. Tenants should be formally notified, either directly or through a notice posted on the property. If there are concerns about the notice, contacting the local county clerks office can provide information about the new property owner.
