they city of San Mateo lawyer and city counsel does not want to review my negotiation request. They keep rejecting or canceling my attorney meeting. They placed the lien on my house during the county economic down in * because I had a huge financial issue. its a government and they are not for the citizent

it was under BMR program and the the city of San Mateo in * during the purchase did not put the lien restriction in the title report. In * we did the refinancing with the large bank and title company who said its no problem to go ahead. I called the city and they said the something. Then in * when I had a huge issue with financial I called the city and explain my hardhsip situation, they said just transfer the property to us and do not worry. Then after few months the sold that house, made the profit and then put the judgement lien on us.
