I moved into a rental 9 years ago which advertised as having "large backyard and a POOL." For the last 2 years the pool has not been operational due to maintenence neglected repairs. In total the pool has only been open * of the * swimming seasons. I was recently given a 30 day notice to vacate as the lease renewal negotiations didn't go well and they reneged my option to renew.
