In November *, I entered a Land Contract in Indiana. The Florida-based seller instructed us to sign, notarize, and return two copies, promising to sign and return one, but never did. We stopped payments in January * due to the missing contract and repeatedly contacted the seller. I cant get any attorneys to take my case. They either have a conflict of interest or just not taking on new cases right now. Indiana legal services refuses to answer my multiple emails, the Indiana Pro Bono Liaison said they do not provide pro bono attorneys and refered me back to Indiana Legal services

I have asked about contingency fees and they all say they do not work on contingency fees and the only contingency fee attorneys are Personal injury lawyers and none of them deal with my type of court case

nothing documenting the undisclosed issues on paper but i have a witness who was with me that can testify as to what i was told when viewing the home. I have an email from the seller stating that he would send us back a signed and notarized contract. And i have photos of the issues except the plumbing because i didnt think about taking pictures of water pipes at the time of move in, i was just excited to be buying my familys first home and making it ours.
