I was divorced two and a half years ago. The home, which was in my name, was to be moved into my ex's name with in 12 months and has yet to be taken care of. There is a quit claim. My ex discovered when trying to move the house into her name that there is a lien against the title tied to a debt I am paying off. I am not sure what rights I have and what has to be done.
