It’s about an apartment complex. Last year I resigned a lease for *. I was expected to pay that $* , when I went to pay online (because that’s how we have to pay) it only showed $*. I have been paying the $* online for 6 months because that’s what it showed. In august they told me that I was paying month to month and couldn’t locate my lease and that I needed to sign a new lease with them ASAP. I then emailed them the lease that I signed and they noticed the price change and said that they were going to change it on my portal and I would have to start paying the $*. Which I don’t totally agree with but whatever. So the next month I go to pay my rent I notice only a $* increase. So I started paying that for the next 5 months because that $* increase is what it showed for the next 5 months. My last month on the lease they changed my price AGAIN this time without any acknowledgment that they were changing it and changed it to the $*. How is this fair?
