In November of * my father passed away after his passing my mom approached me and asked me if I would sign the deed and put my name on the deed. She said it was so she didn't have to pay land taxes on a rental and have it residential now after the facts of this being done now she wants me to sign off of the deed and I end up without a home because she wants to put it up for sale and get out from underneath it. I said I would sign the papers to put it up for sale as long as I am guaranteed some of the equity money so I can get into a new home that was the agreement she said she is not giving me no money or any equity she wants me to get off of the deed so she can do what she has to do what legal rights do I have to this it was a quick claim deed I don't know if my father left the inheritance here of this instrument of a home or if it was done completely after dad passed away

I can't buy her out because the credit bureaus data breach lawsuit is going on and I was parked in a victim of that so I have not a good credit score to get the mortgage completely in my name I don't want to lose my house I've never been late paying her and the money comes out of an account that we have set up at the bank when my check is deposited on the 1st
