Termination notice and summons were served improperly posted on back door for lack of possession. I was in posseession. My defense in my answer was personal jurisdiction and I filed motion to dissmiss. The judge never ruled on my motion. Landlord Lied and said he attempts personal service * times but didn't give days or times, said he didn't send via certified mail because he posted on front and back door. Lie. Only on back. Posted a forged ordinance violation in illegal eviction attempt and told court it was from code inspector (they verified that there is no building restriction or violation on property. Judge believed him and when I accused him of perjuery judge told me that worked against me. What are my options?
