Ok so a few years ago my mother in law passed away her daughter lived with her but she had to move so they voukf sell the house I at the time was buying a double wide trailer so her daughter has mental health issues so we decided thst I woukd take over the payments of my in-laws house and move Sommer over to the tailer my bank was far from our town so I had went and borrowed money to get the loan for the trailer. Closer which aid it off so when we traded I made sure that the payment was to be taken care of by the daughter may mothering laws house and money was set up in a trust and the trust didn’t want to pay off the trailer and own it and it could not be put in the daughters name do to legal reasons and I want going to pay for both places so we became the daughters lower of attorney and the house was left in my name and it was written up as her renting it at cost which she did right after getting thst set up the whole trust department walked out and it being in my name paid for taxes and insurance and she tried to talk to the new trust person about her having the pay fir those expenses but I git no where with him so I decided to raise the rent a little tinciber those expenses the daughter went to the trust and said I was raising rent so he did dime checking and found that the house was paid off and than started to pay taxes and insurance but stopped making the payment on the loan and again another trust person took over and I have been trying to get this settled for a long h time I hsve now been making the osymrnts for st least three years when she should have been it is written that it would be rent at cost but the won’t pay me
