I hired Lexington Law at *.* for 6 months I was told I'd have my own paralegal if I had a problem after 6 months of nothing happening I called them a gentleman with an India accent Answered the phone I asked if he was my paralegal and he said that's the title they gave me today I hung up and I canceled them I had hired Phoenix law at * a month after 4 months they didn't do anything cancel them then I hired in charge debt consolidations They did a bait and switch and did a really long without my permission I had stressed I didn't want to lose my 8 years of perfect payment they refuse to fix their error closing out all my credit cards leaving me in a Dire Straits the last company I hired was LPG and they file for bankruptcy after 6 months with them do you see what a nightmare that says become and I'm not telling you everything yet so I'm dealing with my cancer my husband sudden death moving to Florida selling our house in Massachusetts and then my credit score goes down and yet I have gotten no help no information Chase From * to * limit was $*,* the smallest out of all the credit cards * t0 * limit was $*,*. * to * limit was $*. They sent the card,the limit $ *,* , (chase send a email t the CFPB and after them draging this on for * yrs there email was nothing but li es, they said i never had a $* credit limit,,i have the credit report they cant pull the telephone record that shows i was yelled at over the phone, and my checking account was closedbecause they said I said my was scammer,,i never said that i called the bank to find out who a charge of $*.* i was without a check for 2 months the most in *, I paid Discover 9n * $*,* for bills, I was paying off the credit cards that were high because of the balance transfer. To my new card. Chase at this time I have been with them for 19 years, that was in * at that time perfect payment history and the limit From * to * limit was $*,* the smallest out of all the credit cards ,* t0 * but now it was $*,*. they did include the joint balance, * to * it was $* thats 29 years no missed payments. see attachment Every card lowered my limit and included the joint balance, what sneaky Chase did they sent me a new card, with the same number as the joint account so they could pass the joint balance on to me,,,they knew I didn't open the account, I was never notified that they were going to this.. Credit reporting This was how I was targeted, what they did was illegal. Equiflex told me to send a certified letter which I did, but I didn't get back to them for good 2 months, I called Equifax and asked them if they got my certified letter, they said no. So we went over everything and I told this gentleman that I couldn't really keep up on it because of my health. I thought at this point that the credit reporting Bureau was a government agency because they call themselves the Bureau. I didn't get back to them I didn't check on my credit reports just try to keep my head above water The credit bureau was not a top priority, overwhelmed with grief and health challenges.
