This is all that I was able to find in the contract. "Walmart reserves the right to deactivate or restrict you from accessing the Spark App in Walmart’s sole and absolute discretion. The Spark App may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the Internet and electronic communications. Walmart is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or other economic damage resulting from such problems."

No actions. They require me to be on time for pickup and deliveries but they routinely delay the time that i am able to start the delivery or force me to cancel the order. And rhey very rarely compensate me. So it becomes a total loss of my time.
Have you considered discussing this issue with Walmart's management or their legal department?
Ive discussed it with their support agents but they have no control over the situation.
Have you considered seeking legal advice from a lawyer who specializes in contract law?
Yes. I wanted to know if there was any validity in what i am asking for.
What specific compensation are you seeking for the delays and cancellations?
I dont know yet. I have no record of showing it, but Walmart has records. I estimate that I've lost about *,* over the last 18 months.
Have you kept any records of the delays and cancellations caused by Walmart?
I have not. Walmart does have that information.
What steps have you taken to request this information from Walmart?
None.
What is your plan moving forward in terms of seeking compensation for your losses?
