Im getting threatened by a solar company that i formally canceled with that they will put a lien on my house and chargeing me 5k for paperwork they did. I saw in the contract that they may charge me 5k but they delayed for 4 months on the proecss. No labor was done but they did drop off Materials in my yard without me agreeing to it.

well i didnt sign for the install like they asked me to. i said nov * was good day to do it but they delayed it to Dec * to which at i still didnt sign the install confirm paperwork they on their own drop the materials off at my house and left it there
