a verbal agreement to pay back when can, i contacted him in January after receiving no payment, recived three payments consecutively permission to stop payments under the notions we were dating and we were both splitting equal responsibility for the apartment in a written roomate agreement. when that agreement was breached and payments for the house were not made text messages acknowledging the repayment of the rest of the debt with credit of what he paid for the house taken off if paid by the end of june, acknowledged through text and phone call but has not made any continued payments by deadline. response sent to him and a mutual party i am no longer willing to compromise and credit the housing payments due to the nature being deposits we both signed and agreed we would not get back lack of communication to create a payment plan or attempts to make payments. a legal approaches going forward but i did not recieve a response

both on the lease, as co tenants with equal responsibility. we have a second document of a written roomate agreement explaining we agree on certain payment arrangements and obligations and specifying in the event of a break up or on tenant moving out we agree to pay our agreed portions for the duration of the lease and remain on the lease unless a replacement can be found and put on the lease instead. We did not get a chance to sign agreement or get notarized text message form of acknowledgement of agreement. he signed the lease, ackonwledged the agreement, paid deposit and first months rent, helped move in process, then no moving in and refusal to pay amount agreed and called leasing office without my knowledge to ask for termination of lease and removal. Then call back without my knowledge in the midst of me getting reapprove to cancel the whole request. he is still currently on lease without uphoalding any of his responsibilties or obligations he agreed on
