We haven't taken any action yet, because my father is alive and I called him yesterday to see what he is going to do because she is right back at the Nursing home that didn't take care of her. He agree that we should get a lawyer. We don't know what the next step we should take.

The facility where my mother is located did not call Hospice or have her doctor see her when she had a stroke on */*. They only contacted Hospice at *:11pm when she had her stroke around 10am. My niece had to call ambulance at 4pm when arrived at the facility and she also took her glucose reading which read *. My mother is on hospice and has dysphagia and is supposed to be feed or assisted feedings. The aides just drop the food off and leave her to feed herself. This morning not even one day back from hospital and my niece finds her choking on eggs they fed her when she is on puree diet. Last December * my mother had an infection for a week before my niece stated she needed to be seen at the hospital. There are too many instances for me to provide now.
