Could you please elaborate on the specific vehicle-related issue you're facing? Is it related to an accident, insurance, or something else?
Yesterday when walking and crossing the street, I was in the crosswalk, walking right to left. A guy in a black Ford Mustang was waiting to turn right. He was only looking toward his left. He was paying attention, and nudged me with his car. I had to put my hands on his head to prevent myself from falling backwards. I didn't roll down his window or get out to see if I was okay, and he turned right and drive off. I didn't report it to the police because I didn't get hurt. Do I need to report this to the police?
Did you manage to get the license plate number or any other identifying details of the vehicle or driver?
