i was standing on a sidewalk looking at things let out on the curbside free leftover from a yard sale and the police driving past me makes a U-turn back towards me there’s a bike next to where I’m standing the police stop and get out the car and starts telling me I was in need of a helmet and headlights I then made it clear I didn’t have any need for either one because I wasn’t riding any bike then the officer asked my name and I asked for the officer to articulate the crime I was being accused of having committed for me to have to provide my name. The officer asked what I had to hide I ask why the officer was harassing me then I asked if I was under arrest of detained or free to go that is when I walked away after not getting an answer from the officer the officer yelled stop or I’ll tase you I stopped threw my hands into the air above my head and turned to face the officer t
