I was illegally locked out of my apartment after enduring domestic violence

I left my home bcz the autoroties said it was for my safety. I was gone for 1 day. I had sat outside in the cold the whole night til morn the following day wen it was ok to come back home. To find the fence had a chsin to enter my parking that leads to my home. To then find the locks had been changed out as well. I had to go down to the court house. I had not slept, i waa tired, hungry, cold, still distroted from the blows i endured from the domestic violence. I called n mesaged the lanflord. He ignored me. Was able to file a writ of reentry of my home. To find my tv, a big cocoa cola popcorn machine, computer, disney collectibles that were still in tact ive been collecting since i was *, i hv leukemia . My health is not in good terms. Ive endured this incident w the lanlord b4 a few weeks ago amongst other things he has done.

I was seeved by a person who claims to b the owner ive never been introduced to. I was told that the landlord ive only known was the owner. Soo now im going to appeal it plus i hv a numereos amount of items im suing him for amongst the theft. Which i filed w the authoriities once i was in my home doing an inventory. He desroyed property. Including left my fridge open where i had to dispose of my groceries

The writ of reentry was to help me come back into my home bcz the lanlord claimed since i had called the authorities for the violence he was evicting me. Stated he did not care about my situatin he just wants the rent. Had harrasesd me for a while. Txted he would b parked outside all day n night til i got home. Mesages me at *:* am if i was awake. Left me w no AC in the hotesr record breaking temp we hv ever experienced for 1 month n * weeks . I couldnt stay here i left to my aunts until i cane back then n fixed it myself. There has nvr been any smoke detectors n all the windows r sealed to where if there is a fire ur screwed. The oven has nvr worked. He locked me out last time bcz he clsimed the boiler needed to b replaced or it was going to blow. He nvr called or texted just locked the gate w chains said he would come the nxr day n nvr showed up. There is soo much more

I cant sleep im frustrated, im w anxieties i cant eat. I can barely think. Im afraid to leave n get locked out again or hv more things stolen
