we did a refi on our mortgage and was told that we would get a lower rate and that the closing costs would be around 10k, and we would be able to save * to * monthly on our payment using their services, ended up we were charged 27k in closing cost added to the new loan only saving abour a * a month on the payment and the rate was dropped *.* peercent. but we just got a first payment due reminder and the payment was actually * mor higher than it was what can we do . we have contaceted them many times becaue we sitll havent recieved the money form the escrow account like we was expection and we been trying to contact them about the new payment and they dont call back

we do not have the financial means for legal assistance, and it was just brought to our attention by a former employee of this company who is now selling life insrualce becasue he said he could no longer work because they had bad business practices . after research the company online we know are aware of lawsuits filed against them and alligations of fraud and scams have been reporter

yes i filed a complaint today with the cfpb they are sending it to the company and there was another place i was gonging to file a complaint but due to the governent shutdown they are closed
