i ahve been paying on a vehicle from and individual who has been giving me paper plates for the past two years claiming to be waiting on the court house due to covid. we were recently pulled over and have been dealing with the court. when we told the seller this he said ill just bring you the title and you can get the plates yourself. when he gave me the title it is a salvage title. we have not made anymore payments on the vehicle. this is my only transportation for work and evidently i am not supposed to even drive on texas roads.
