My car was impounded and when my family went to retrieve my vehicle while I was incarcerated, they told her my registration wasn’t in the car, but I go yesterday to retrieve some items out my vehicle and they went and brought back my insurance from out the car and now charging my double when they lied about my registration not being in the car

They handed me the registration. They go to retrieve it to verify ownership before I could go to the car. So that’s how I was able to go in the car and get some things out.
