Chase Bank , closed my checking account
Friday July * , had just gone over my bill and I noticed a withdrawal
I didn't reconside . So I called the Bank. I spoke to a girl, I told her
I wanted to know who that person was. She asked if it was “fraudulent” ,
I told her “ how would I know, that is why I called you
she said'' I am transferring you there was a long
delay, when this man answered the phone he Must have known who I was,
because he never asked me my name.
THIS JERK WAS YELLING AT ME, telling me I must have given the
information out,,
He said “ your account is closed, no money in,no money out,
you could have endangered the bank” . I asked
‘what about my social security check, I need the money “
“you don't have a account” we will refused it and they will mail it
I stated ‘ all of this because I wanted to know about a $* withdrawal”
Then he said,” Go to the bank and see if they feel like opening a account
for you.
Went to the Bank on Mon. I asked the teller where do I go to
Open a checking account?
Have to wait your turn , I open checking accounts ”
Finally go to the front, and he said.“The is the bank Manager is
the only one that can open an account and he has meetings all day,,come back tomorrow”.
.I did something I never Have done. I said it a loud voice “ I am not moving from this stop until talk to him” The teller called me over to man who was looking at the computer sceen.
He said “let me see your card’ he check the Card and then handed back to me, he said “ your account is closed”

Finally I said, “are you going to Open another account for me.”.Without look up from his computer
He said’ “it wont make any difference you check will be rejected”
I said “But I need that check, he replied “then you shouldn't have
closed your account” I said I didn't close the account it was your person in front that did and I don't even know if it was a fraud. he said well that's it there's nothing I can do.I knew at this point if I did get up and leave
I would cry and I was not going to let him see me cry. I just
