Doordash Dispute Resolution Steps
Summary
In Georgia, if you face issues with a DoorDash order, you can file a complaint with DoorDash customer support, dispute the charge with your bank, or report to the Better Business Bureau. If unresolved, consider small claims court for claims up to $15,000. Document all interactions and evidence. Consumer protection agencies can also mediate disputes. If you receive a resolution, such as DoorDash credit, further legal action may not be successful unless theres evidence of significant monetary loss or breach of contract.Full Conversation

It seems your primary aim is to get a refund rather than pursue a lawsuit. A small claims court could be a last resort if other methods fail. Have you considered escalating your complaint through social media channels or consumer protection agencies? These might pressure DoorDash to resolve the issue without legal action.

While inconveniences and misinformation can be frustrating, suing for these reasons might not be successful unless you have strong evidence of monetary loss or breach of contract. It seems like you received some resolution with the credit. If you seek further compensation, small claims court might be an option if you have tangible damages.
