Civil case against landlord for half of the rent for the last 2 years because they never fix anything and damaged items… also mold & leaking in the house which is a major health issue. Put in work orders they only showed up * times in 3 years and they never fix anything after a housing inspection like they're supposed to. We went to the lower court and due to the lease being in our grandmother's name we couldn't sue, because they lied and said they didn't know we were living there. When in fact the people who do the inspection and the leasing office knew we lived there and paid rent, without being on the lease, but as long as the rent was paid they never said or did anything to remove us from the property. I have emails and texts proving they knew we lived there, along with pictures of the trailer.
