yes I am living in a building that is beyond disgusting and the owners do nothing in have been robed repeatedly and because I threw trash away the wrong way am being forced to stay an extra year I have been here 4 years awaiting a housing voucher . there is human wast on the toilets garbage everywhere loud parties all night drugs and I can't have my kids here
