She had said she talked to her “Team?” First time I heard team, and I had to 15th to pay or be thrown out saying my lease is month to month. I have finally got a job as a substitute teacher starting Monday , I don’t get paid until the 20th of this month, I have not discussed this with her yet, I am in fear of her starting eviction procedures against me, what are my legal options please advise
