First of all I have no written lease but have been living in my girlfriend's aunt's house with her to help elderly disabled aunt be able to stay in her home as long as possible. I have been here 5 months have electric in my name, been providing slot of services to reasonably be considered essential to provide, what do I need to show the judge in a small claims suit that allows me to be covered by landlord tenant act?
Hi ****,
Could you please tell me which state or location you are in? This will help me provide specific information regarding the landlord-tenant laws applicable to your situation.
Thank you!

Hi ****,
To establish your rights under the Alaska Landlord and Tenant Act, you may need to show:
- Proof of residency (e.g., mail, utility bills in your name).
- Evidence of services provided (e.g., receipts, logs).
- Any informal agreements or communications with the homeowner.
Would you like information on the nearest court to file your small claims suit?
Ok that's good, now the aunt had gotten worse in her mental condition and her sister had to step in as power of attorney. She is the one who asked my girlfriend to please come to town and stay with your aunt.. and now after telling us we would have place to stay the and telling us not to leave now finds out the state has had a hearing and the aunt / owner of the house has been given a person to handle her affairs and I guess the sister is not putting up a fight for custody and the property now is being taken by the state. Like right now. We were given about * weeks notice which we would have been fine with however after being gone on business the that power of attorney was made aware of and made aware we would be back by the dead line and remove our belongings. When we got back the night before the deadline all of our personal property was gone. She the power of attorney told us we were told when to leave and we missed it and so sorry all your stuff had to be cleared out it's gone had to do it. Now we've been here ,,3 days and still the house isn't fully cleaned up and still tons of trash in the yard that needs cleaned up so seems self help eviction scenario and today all the furniture and bed and desk in our bedroom that was ours had to be destroyed by axe by the guys sent to haul off the rest of the trash by the power of attorney

Ok that's what I was thinking as well just wanted to make sure I should be fine to present my self as an occupant / renter with the protection provided by the landlord tenant act. And what do we do like more immediately because its basically an empty house completely and all of our personal belongings are gone we kinda have a little more than the shirts on our backs and can't afford to replace much right now and wouldn't consider buying furniture because likely some one will file for eviction and we don't really want to stay here anyway but we're letz say severely handicapped by loss of all of our clothes etc, etc. any way to get this looked at by the court sooner rather than later and especially since it seems to be an egregious violation.
