Ive been living in an apartment with my uncle for close to five years and he is leaving to a nursing facility at the end of the month. Now im being evicted because the lamdlord says im not on the lease that he supposedly handed in with his keys. She said im not considered a resident because im not on this all of a sudden lease was threatened with a trespass if i dont leave but there has never been a lease and have written proof of her statimg that on an email and also never had a problem excepting rent from me with all receipts stating both mine and my uncles name also i had a back rent payment in the amount of * dollars paid from wayfinders under my name just two months ago...Can she evict me
