Eviction Notice Requirements Explained

Full Conversation

So, about 6 months ago, a friend of mine moved into their camper and paid a whole years rent ($* a year) Well the owner of the campground knew they was gonna live here full time. There was one issue, with the trash that had piled up outside, he told them they needed to clean it up and they did, that same exact day. There hasnt been any other problems or anything at all, ever. Well, this morning the owner came and told them they have 5 days to move their camper and be out of the campground, because they're "not allowed to live here, everyday of the year, permanently" Now, my question is, is that legal? Because honestly everything that we've read on the Internet says that he has to give a legal eviction notice, through the court, and they have to be evicted by a judge, even though it is a campground. Theres multiple other people that live in the same campground, all 365 days out of the year. But nobody else has to leave, only her and her husband has to move their camper, and her brother that lives beside her in his RV. They have already paid the $* for her camper, and his $* for his RV, to be here for the full year.
