kicked off the property my stuff is being sold I live in a trailer I bought from the person I rent space from on Christmas Eve around * or * in the morning some friends of mine showed up unexpectedly and unannounced and woke me up to get something they had left in my car I made them leave and made them aware that I was upset and that showing up like that is not ok they left and I went back to bed the day after Christmas don the so called manager of the property informed me that they got my friends on camera snooping through stuff around the shop as well as doing drugs in the car and that he was having a meeting with a neighbor and the property owner to decide if they would let me stay or not the next day around * or * pm don texted me and told me I had to leave I asked to stay until my rent was up on the 8th he said no and said i had that night to gather what i could and to get out he said that my trailer would be fine and nobody would touch my stuff and he would move it for me when I find a place to put it he alsi said part of the reason im being kicked out was because I didn't do the chore they asked me to do in the property owners yard and that I ran up * dollars on the power bill that he said he had to pay for so i spent about a hour at the trailer that night grabbing essentials abd i left the problems with the reason for me being kicked out is my friends are swearing to me they didnt do what they are being accused of and my electricty has been off for the better part of the month because my fuse box is broken I didn't argue these points because i knew it wasnt the time so the next day i asked if i could come get the trailer ready to be uninhabited because i was not sure how long it would be before i could afford to move it i asked over text if i can come do it a few hours at a time over a few days because im working as much as possible to make the money i need to move the trailer and did not get a resistance to the question but was given permission to come do some work so I spent around * hour at the trailer the next day don offered me * dollars for the trailer i told him i would take * and i think that was the only communication we had that day the next day don messaged me very angry saying that he and the owner was in my trailer and that it was a mess he also brought up the alleged * and that they are going to scrap the trailer if i come back they will call the police I never gave them permission to enter my trailer the next day I'm looking on Facebook marketplace to check if anything from my trailer is on it and I found a pair of my shoes listed on dons profile i messaged him and said he did not have permission to sell my things and he said i owe him * dollars and he is recouping the cost and I need to move my trailer or he is going to scrap it i have not seen any proof of the * my trailer was a mess but not scrap and they had no businesses entering it anyway i have not seen any video of my friends doing drugs or snooping and i was never given proper notice to leave
