I recently moved into a town house, around a college campus, with * other roommates. Shortly after I was getting bug bites all over me. I notified the office and finally after several weeks of run around from them they are sending an exterminator out. And said they will be charging us for the exterminator. Which my roommates are saying they won't pay and I have to pay it all. My question is, is this my or the households responsibility to pay for or since there is nothing in the lease regarding pest control should the office/ landlord be responsible to pay?
