Landlord Violations And Eviction

Full Conversation

The building I lived in had numerous pipe burst. constantly. So I toilet overflow with poop, 6 months to . Radiator leak, 7 months, fridge leaked and never fix. Not fixed in a timely. As retaliation for written complaints.and me and my dog became very ill after a inspection they found mold. I was move to another unit with mold also. The same day I moved. A cause for termination was placed on my door. It claimed I had items in front of my door. But never proved they were mains. But heres the problem. They said any items left more for 24hr will be pick up by staff. So the cause was to threaten, disturb my peace. Next I was hit with violations by a attorney. Next I was given a eviction because of the violations. But he change it before we went to court for not paying rent. The problem is all of violations don't count and nor were they true. As policy, and laws, contract. IF YOU GET A VIOLATION . A NOTICES WILL BE PLACED ON YOUR DOOR AND COPY MAILED. OUT OF * VIOLATIONS. OUT OF THESE * VIOLATIONS. IT ONLY COMES ONE PERSON. PLUS, YOU CAN'T GO BACK SERVERAL MONTHS COMPLAING. AND IT MOST BE DONE AS OF POLICY. SO THE WHOLE EVICTION WAS GROSS NEGILEGENCE. BECAUSE THE CAUSE ME TO BECOME ILL FROM BLACK MOLD. AND THEY DIDN'T FIX THE ELEVATOR FOR A WHOLE YEAR. MAKING THE PLACE UNLIVABLE IN MY UNIT, AND BUILDING THEY WROTE ME FOR THROWING UP IN THE STAIRWAYS. BUT IT ONLY HOW SICK WHEN I WOULD TRY TO WALK, AND BREATH.AM STILL UNDER DOCTOR CARE. I HAVE HEART FAILURE, MY DOCTOR WANTED TO live in care facility.. I have paper work. And can prove those violations were illegal. They can't say they have proof.
